SMART RUBBER BASE is a transparent elastic base with a new improved TPO-FREE formula. It is used as a priming and/or base layer before color application. Suitable as a base coat under gel polish.
It has a medium consistency, allowing easy “one-drop” leveling.
As a main base layer, it is recommended only for short or medium-length nails.
For long nails, it should be used only as a priming layer.
