APPLICATION METHOD:
• Lightly buff the nail surface with a 180 grit file
• Degrease the nail plate with fresher
• Apply dehydrator
• Apply primer with a semi-dry brush to the nail tip, avoiding skin contact
• Apply Smart Rubber Base in a thin layer
• Cure for 60 seconds in a lamp
• Perform nail extensions/reinforcement/leveling if needed
• Apply 2 thin layers of Neon Gel Polish, curing each layer for 60 seconds
• Create design or finish with Top Coat
SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION:
For best results, seal with UV-FREE TOP
