Estimated delivery times:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use any preferred shipping carrier.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Equipment Policy (Important)
For professional equipment (including e-files, dust collectors, lamps, and sterilizers), returns are accepted only if the item is brand new and has never been used.
All returned equipment is carefully inspected.
If any signs of use are detected (including dust, scratches, or wear), the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
In such cases, the product may only be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

This product is a genuine Air Max dust collector manufactured in Ukraine.

NBM Supply is proud to be an official representative of Air Max Ukraine in the United States.

Each unit is original and designed to meet professional salon standards for performance, safety, and durability.

Warranty Coverage

Air Max dust collectors are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Motor or electrical malfunctions under normal professional use

• Performance issues not caused by misuse or external damage

All warranty services are provided through an authorized service center in the United States.

Service Process

• The customer is responsible for shipping the device to the service center

• The unit will be inspected and repaired if it meets warranty conditions

• Warranty service does not include product replacement

• Repair time may take up to 30 business days depending on the issue

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• Original warranty list with the serial number of the device

⚠️ Important: The warranty list must be kept and presented.

Without the warranty list containing the serial number, free warranty service cannot be provided under the warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper maintenance

• Clogged filters due to lack of cleaning

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Damage to power cords or external parts
