Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, and holidays.
We offer fast shipping across the United States and Canada.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges Policy for ULKA Equipment
ULKA products are professional beauty equipment, including nail dust collectors, sterilizers, and other professional devices.
Because this is professional equipment, returns and exchanges are accepted only for new, unused, and unopened products.
3-Day Return or Exchange Claim Period
If you would like to request a return or exchange for a new, unused ULKA product, you must contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
New;
Unused;
In original packaging;
In the same condition as received;
With all accessories, manuals, filters, parts, and original materials included;
Free from signs of use, installation, dust, scratches, stains, odors, damage, or wear.
If the return or exchange request is not submitted within 3 calendar days after delivery, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

No Returns or Exchanges on Used Equipment
Used equipment cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once ULKA equipment has been used, tested in work, connected, operated, installed, or shows any signs of use, it is considered used equipment.
Used equipment includes, but is not limited to, products with:
Dust inside or outside the unit;
Used filters;
Signs of operation;
Scratches, marks, or stains;
Missing packaging or accessories;
Any visible signs of installation or use.
For sanitary, safety, and professional-use reasons, used ULKA equipment is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Warranty Service for Used Equipment
If a ULKA product has been used and the customer experiences an issue, the product is covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In this case, the customer may request warranty service, inspection, diagnostics, and repair.
Used equipment is not eligible for refund or exchange. Warranty repair is the only available solution for used equipment.
A warranty claim does not automatically qualify a product for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
All warranty claims must first be inspected and evaluated by an authorized service center to determine whether a manufacturing defect exists.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired, defective components may be replaced, or another warranty solution may be provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
If no manufacturing defect is found and the product is operating within manufacturer specifications, the warranty claim may be denied.

Important Information About Equipment Performance
Concerns such as reduced suction, noise, vibration, heating, sterilization cycle issues, timer issues, or other operational concerns must be verified through diagnostic testing.
Customer assumptions regarding product performance do not confirm a manufacturing defect.
For this reason, ULKA reserves the right to require inspection of the equipment before approving any warranty claim, repair, replacement, refund, or exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and proper packaging when sending any product back.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper return packaging.

Final Sale Condition After Use
By using ULKA equipment after delivery, the customer confirms that the product has been accepted in working condition and understands that the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
After use, all service requests are handled strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
