Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Equipment Policy (Important)
For professional equipment (including e-files, dust collectors, lamps, and sterilizers), returns are accepted only if the item is brand new and has never been used.
All returned equipment is carefully inspected.
If any signs of use are detected (including dust, scratches, or wear), the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
In such cases, the product may only be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Warranty Coverage

• All equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
• If the product experiences a manufacturing defect within the first 6 months, it may qualify for a replacement unit provided by the manufacturer, subject to inspection and warranty approval.
• If the product develops a manufacturing defect between 6 and 12 months from the purchase date, the unit will be repaired free of charge under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

• Used equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on equipment that has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear.
• Warranty service is provided exclusively for manufacturing defects and does not constitute a return or refund.

Warranty Does Not Cover
