Warranty is in USA(NEW YORK), in case if something happens with your nail dust collector, we cover all fixes during a one year period.
What cases we DO NOT cover:
- If our tech finds that if has happened due to client fault(e.x. Accidentally hit the floor, poor cuticle oil or etc).
- Cover any fixing if client does not present us a warranty with its original number.(please make sure that you ALWAYS keep your warranty list)
- If mashine was not purchased at our store.
Please notice that our store DOES NOT cover any shipping costs that will appear if you send your mashine to our tech to fix. All shipping expenses should be paid by customer ONLY! When purchasing you agree with our warranty policy and conditions!
