Warranty is in USA(NEW YORK), in case if something happens with your nail dust collector, we cover all fixes during a one year period.
What cases we DO NOT cover:
- If our tech finds that if has happened due to client fault(e.x. Accidentally hit the floor, poor cuticle oil or etc).
- Cover any fixing if client does not present us a warranty with its original number.(please make sure that you ALWAYS keep your warranty list)
- If mashine was not purchased at our store.

• We are unable to accept returns on equipment that has been used.
• Dust collectors (extraction systems) are non-returnable in accordance with our store policy.
