TOUCH COVER BASE (WITHOUT BRUSH) is a limited collection of autumn shades in 9 pigmented base colors with a two-layer coating formula. We do not recommend using excessive material to level these bases. These bases fully replace gel polish coverage as they do not show through at the free edge and save time for a manicure master due to easy leveling.
